SME SkillNet have an Advance Business Programme due to start on 12 May. I have attached the course outline. However, the Operations Management module is now more focused on Lean. Ideally participants should be well into the process of starting their own business, i.e. it should be at least started. There is an in company project as the assessment so they would need to have something to work on. If you know of anyone who would benefit from it, could you please tell them about it and ask them to contact me for further information. It is assessed at level 7 so they should also be capable of writing a report at that level.
Course dates are: 12, 13, 28 May, 12 June, 3 , 10, 24 and 31 July.
Those interested should contact Liz and let her know under what category they are eligible for a free place from the criteria on this link: http://skillnets.com/eligibility-criteria-unemployed-people, send me a cv and let me know what they hope to get out of the programme.
If they have any questions they can contact,
Liz Carroll, Training and Development Manager
