I am a passionate Career, Executive and Life coach with additional skills and qualifications in Professional Practice and Ethics having qualified with Positive Success Group in September 2016. I subsequently completed the Certificate in Career Coaching at PSG and I hold qualifications in lecturing, training and Business Management.
My career history to date has mainly been in the academic field and I discovered my interest in coaching several years ago whilst working with Students.  My combined experience in the academic and corporate sectors adds value to assisting individuals and groups in achieving their personal and professional goals.
My passion for coaching shines through my work and I enjoy facilitating clients on a 1-1 or group basis.  An area I am really interested in is “confidence” and my coaching experiences with clients to date have shown me how confidence supports success. A combination of relevant skills, qualifications and self-belief gives rise to professional success and fulfilment.

Personal Profile

I have worked extensively as a freelance Corporate Role Player and Training Consultant. In October 2014, I graduated with a First Class Honours degree in Bachelor of Business in Entrepreneurship from the Institute of Art Design and Technology (IADT, Dun Laoghaire). I was awarded the Professional Practice Certificate (Distinction) from the Irish Institute of Training and Development in May 2013.

My client base includes leading business schools, accountancy firms and banks. I have supported Learning and Development programmes with Smurfit Business School, KPMG, Deloitte, Bank of Ireland, KBC Bank and Bord Na Mona amongst others.

I am a qualified Dramatherapist and received my MA in Dramatherapy from NUI, Maynooth. Dramatherapy is a creative arts therapy that applies drama based techniques as a means to achieve personal growth. I have seen the benefits of creative interventions prompted by drama techniques and personal story work. The interactive nature of such sessions have proved an excellent asset when applied to Learning and Development.

Michael previously held senior management roles in Irish, UK, and US multinationals, primarily in the manufacturing and distribution sectors. Ronald Hughes

Ronald is currently conducting research into leadership whilst designing, testing and validating learning tools and systems as the head of Training at RoundPeg Republic.

Subject Matter Training Specialist

In 1999 after an extensive career in Operations Management at sales and marketing centres, Ronald immigrated permanently to Ireland. A thought leader and sought after trainer in relation to inside sales and customer service centres, he brought the wow factor to customer service and sales. Working with organisations like Sky Television, IBM and the British Government, Ronald was at the cutting edge of many of today’s best known processes in Total Quality Management (TQM).

In Ireland, Ronald established a professional association to push quality across the industry and later, become the training director for a unique sales recruitment venture. SOS School of Sales LTD, as it was called, was best known for breaking the mould as it stormed the marketplace.

During the recession Ronald re-invented himself, studying for two qualifications, and establishing himself as a leading authority in the use of Identity Structure Analysis. Ronald became best known for working to train change into the lives of many whose careers had been thrown into chaos by the economic meltdown. Ronald’s referees attest to his commitment to build strong customer ties through high quality learning systems, and, his uncompromising and demanding need for excellence.

Deborah Carberry

A modern-day inventor, Deborah toils in her studio over multiple design concepts with a view to improving learning, culture and society.

Roundpeg Republic

With innate facilitation skills and, using methods and processes from self-designed and other popular sources, Deborah is in a unique position to guide Individuals and Teams through design projects and change management.

Deborah commenced her second venture, RoundPeg Republic Ltd, late in 2016. Of this she said,
“I wanted to create a design zone that was driven by exploration, self-expression and excellence”.

She holds 3rd level qualifications in Engineering, Analytics and Entrepreneurship.

Deborah currently lives and works in Dublin, Ireland.
